Botanicals: A hearty whack of resinous juniper, backed up with the aromatic citrus of coriander, and a rich, earthy body from angelica and liquorice roots. Fennel seed brings a slight, herbaceous anis note, while Sichuan peppercorn adds bright sherbet and gentle spice on the palate, alongside a light floral, woody aroma.
Little Gin Box Perfect serve: ‘We suggest this Gin is served with ice and mixed at a max 3:1 with Fever Tree Indian Premium Tonic with a simple slice of Lemon’.
