Esker Gin is the result of two years’ distillation sampling. The flash of inspiration was to add silver birch sap and Esker are the first gin distiller in Scotland to use it. It adds a touch of sweetness to the spirit and helps balance the depth of flavours.

Well balanced and refreshing, Silverglas premium gin is a modern classic gin. Distilled using classic Esker Gin botanicals including silver birch sap, pink peppercorns, rosehip along with mint. The flavour profile delivers juniper upon first taste, which transitions into a slight spice before a long, fresh, minty finish.
