A Classic London Dry gin with a balanced citrus profile from orange peel, lime peel and sumac. Juniper, coriander, angelica root and orris root complete the gin and ensure it maintains the distinguishable strong juniper hit we know and love with the sumac giving the spirit an extremely smooth, warm finish with a hint pepper. On the nose... crisp and refreshing citrus with the lime and orange dominant. Slight spice with a hint of pepper coming through.
