By registering for Superpower Academy, as guardian or parent of the child enrolled, you hereby assume the risk of injury, harm or property damage and release Superherome LLC dba Superpower Academy and its managers, members and contractors (collectively, “Superpower Academy”), from all liability for injury, illness, death or property damage resulting from the child’s participation in Superpower Academy. You also give permission for my child to be photographed, videoed, audio recorded, or transcribed (collectively, “Media”) in connection with Superpower Academy activities, and hereby give Superpower Academy and its sub-licensors and assigns, royalty-free permission to use Media and my child’s first name in presentations, publications or other manner in connection with Superpower Academy (or its successor) or other educational, promotional or social mission purposes.
