Our October 2017 box focused on ink! It included a bottle of Speedball Super Black ink. For all types of sketching and illustrations, Super Black is made from highly opaque carbon black pigment. Ideal for drawing, calligraphy, and more. It is easily applied by brush, pen, steel brush, or air brush. The ink is free-flowing, non-clogging, and waterproof. Mix it with water to create any shade from the lightest grey to the darkest black. Next up we included a Kuretake Zig #22. This brush pen features a soft nylon brush tip that can produce a wide range of thick and thin lines, making it a great choice for manga, calligraphy, sumi-e drawings and more. Its versatile medium tip is perfect for creating both fine and bold details. The pen's smooth-flowing, water-based pigment ink is water-resistant and lightfast. Next up we included a Princeton Snap Liner Size 2. This brush is a great option for those value conscious artists that still demand performance. This liner is perfect for adding detail to your ink illustration. We also included a Princeton Snap filbert size 8 for filling in areas or creating grey washes with your new ink by adding a bit of water. Finally we included the Zebra - Super Fine & Medium Brush Pens . We partnered with Zebra to bring you the first look at two of their new brush pens before they hit stores!
