Solway Classic Gin is distilled by the team at Solway Spirits in Annan in South West Scotland. This Classic Gin is produced to pay homage to a great Gin of yesteryear and that is "Old Tom" - made famous for such classic cocktails as "Tom Collins" and "Gimlet". This Gin is a little sweeter than some. The aroma is coriander and lemon. The taste is orange/lemon to start, slowly fading to angelica and liquorice then a smooth juniper flavour to finish.
