Staffords' Gin

Stafford Matthew Dustow bought Colwith Farm in Fowey, Cornwall way back in 1904 and the gin that bears his name is derived from their stunning Cornish potato vodka, Aval Dor. Where many gin distillers buy in their spirit, Aval Dor make their own. The gin is infused with a delicate selection of botanicals foraged on the farm including lemon balm, rosemary and bay in addition to juniper, coriander, lime zest, almond & macadamia sourced from much further afield.
