I paid for my April box back in March and never recieved it. No response from company after 8 emails. Should have been here no later than the 26th of April according to their shipping policy Basically I feel like I am out of luck over the $50 they charged me.
After finding out the communication errors had nothing to do with this company but more with Crate Joy itself, I have an apology. Ashlee has been kind and gone over and beyond to right an issue. While I am removing myself from Crate Joy, I look forward to connecting with these subscription boxes on their own sites
