Lack of customer service/communication

My review is specific to the communication effort that this company is lacking. If you plan to cancel your account be prepared to have to fight for it. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. I had to call my credit card company and dispute charges as the instructions provided on their website is not correct about canceling my subscription. Very frustrating! Not the company or quality of service I would recommend.
