I order a 3-month subscription for "Mens Crazy Socks" as a Christmas gift - obviously meant for a man. The first order they shipped to the gift recipient was a pair of women's socks with a packing slip printed for a woman and a personal message written by her family. The person I ordered the gift for sent them an e-mail and they responded promptly with the following message:

Subject: Re: Contact Us - Sockbox
I do apologize for this mistake! We will get
you a new shipment out with your proper Mens Crazy pair of
socks. Is there anything else we can do?

Two months went by and we never received a replacement pair of socks, nor were the original socks requested in return. We would have been happy to return the socks if they paid for shipping given the fact they made the mistake, however, they did not request the socks to be returned. Because the recipient never received a replacement, I decided to contact the company myself. I have since contacted the seller 4 more times and I have not received a reply to any of my e-mails regarding this issue. I paid a total of $42 for what turned out to be two pairs of men's socks and a pair of women's socks that the gift recipient will never use. I do not recommend this company and I would give zero stars if possible.
