I placed an order at the beginning of July, knowing my first shipment wouldn’t go out until the next month. Fine, I can wait. That “next” month is almost over, we’re well past the ship date (8-15), and there’s no jerky to be had. Luckily, I already canceled my subscription, so I didn’t get screwed by a second month’s charge. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint with Bojerky’s local BBB.
Seriously, if you want to sell jerky, actually sell jerky.
I’ve contacted them multiple times because we haven’t received our June shipment. They replied and said it would go out that night. It’s been two weeks and no package has gone out. I’ve cancelled my subscription and doubt I’ll ever get what I’ve already paid for. Seriously disappointing and unprofessional. I’ll be filing a complaint with their local BBB too.
We love jerky and subscribe to multiple services. This is our FAVORITE for numerous reasons: they customize deliveries to the customer, the selection is always unique and good, etc. Love these guys!
I like the variety and selection I get in my Piibu box each month, which always includes at least one mask from a country other than Korea. I love that variety! My reason for the 4-Star review? I would like an insert telling me what I received. Looking forward to future shipments!
I subscribe to a few K-beauty mask plans and this one is the most fun: it includes finger and nose masks in addition to normal face ones. It’s a fun combo!
I ordered the 8-masks/month option for Normal to Dry skin. I liked the selection: a lot of calming and moisturizing primarily, but other options too. Great deal!
I chose the 3-mask/hydration option. In my first box (it was actually an envelope), I received three different masks. All are from the Elensilia IntraCELL line and only one was labeled "hydrating." Super disappointing. I probably would've left a 3-star review.
However, my experience with the company (aka the owner) was incredibly DISTURBING and ABUSIVE. A simple request for an accurate tracking number was ignored; a second request was also ignored; meanwhile she accidentally CC'ed me on an unprofessional and flippant email in which she tried to block me from leaving a review by calling me "rude" (because I made it clear to them they were probably getting a bad review based on lack of communication).
The company's actions are fraudulent and duplicitous. I suggest Beauteque Monthly, Pibuu Box, or FMT (all available on Cratejoy); or Facetory, PinkSeoul, or KoSkinBeauty. All provide superior variety and selection more tailored to your needs, as well as fabulous customer service. I also suggest Cratejoy reconsider their relationship with the owner, quite probably the most incompetent business owner I've encountered in over four decades.
