This crate goes above and beyond -- really high quality items, very diverse puzzles, from pencil and paper to tactile active puzzles. Lots to keep you busy for several hours and a fun theme to pull it all together. Of all the mystery puzzle boxes I get, I look forward to this one the most.
I thought this box might be too easy, focusing mainly on the shirt and not the puzzles, but I could not have been more wrong! The puzzles are challenging and diverse. Spent a fun couple of hours working through it all. And the shirt is a nice high-quality one as well.
I get a lot of mystery themed boxes, and this one was one of the most fun I've done. It had a nice variety of puzzles, and also a good range of difficulty so if you are using it with a group, there is something for everyone (although the puzzles are solved sequentially so pretty much everyone has to work together). The web interface is smooth and works well with the puzzles; it feels integrated rather than just an add-on that you have to use. I really liked that the puzzles ranged from math-based, to hands-on, to decoding. The physical pieces were high quality and a nice touch. This is a great box and I look forward to more of them.
I'm subscribed to the Roaster's Pick and my first shipment was excellent. Hubby and I are very picky about our coffee, so I was hesitant to try a mail subscription. The beans arrived very quickly after roasting and made such a smooth cup. Getting a fresh bag each week is totally worth it.
and they are an excellent way to spend an evening. The puzzles are challenging and varied, involving both critical thinking and physical challenges. We found solving everything in the time allotted to be a bit tough, but there are hints if you want them, or are playing with younger crowd. Overall, these are excellent and well worth the cost of admission.
This was a really fun crate, with a variety of puzzles so that many people could participate. You could do it alone, but it was fun with a group. Took less than an hour so it isn't a huge time commitment either. I would definitely subscribe for a monthly if you decide to increase production.
