August Gift Box has not been mailed

I have contacted the Seller 3 times. It is the 19th of August and the gift box for this month has not been mailed yet. I've tried to find out what the delay is but the Seller has not contacted me.

We Craft Box is absolutely terrific !!! The quality is amazing. My grand daughter loves receiving a package with her name on it every month. I highly recommend this for any family with children.
