I sent a short message to the owner who got back with me almost immediately. Without boring you with a ton a details, I can say she is going above and beyond to correct the situation. I appreciate her customer support and kindness very much. The lesson for me is to remember to ask questions first before I get frustrated and leave a review.
I bought 2 subscriptions in December as gifts. I have paid for 6 boxes per subscription now and only 2 per person have been received When I became aware of this, I cancelled the subscriptions. Receiving 2 boxes in 6 months at a cost of $220 per subscription is ridiculous. I spent $440 on 4 boxes. The boxes are definitely not worth $110 each
