I ordered this box for my sister as a birthday gift!! She loved it! I was kinda jealous and wishing I had gotten one for myself. The products are fantastic and you can tell that a lot of care goes into packing the boxes. I love that they are vegan and cruelty free! That is very important, especially in today's world. I have to also comment on the amazing customer service of this company. I had ordered and paid for another box that never ended up reaching my recipient. Bombay & Cedar made it all better. I will definitely be buying from them again.
This review is not for the box itself but the customer service support. Or lack of. I gifted the June box to my sister. Unfortunately, it never reached her. I do believe it was a combo of USPS delivering to the wrong address and the wrong person that got it never giving it to the correct person. I contacted USPS, Therabox and Cratejoy. And out of all the people I was in contact with, Therabox was the least helpful or concerned. I was told by USPS that the box was insured, so I would think I could at least get a refund. I understand that a lot of things are out of our control right now and that some people are dishonest and want to try and get free stuff for nothing. I get all that. But I DID pay for a box and it never reached my intended recipient. Therabox just kept sending me the same delivery confirmation. Which I could see myself. I have gifted this box before (and my friend loved it) with no problem. Pretty disappointed about the whole situation. A series of unfortunate mishaps really but as the seller, they should be the ones to fix the situation. I would if it were my company. $30 bucks to ensure a happy customer..?
