I posted previously with a lower rating, I have since been contacted by JSC, and a representative has reached out regarding a balm being damaged in the mail.
In short, I think it's important to point out what kind and attentive service I've received regarding the specific product and a mix up with communication. The situation was handled in a very respectful way. They extended an apology and offered to replace the damaged product promptly.
Sadly I had to cancel due to the Canadian exchange rate - if the price stayed the same for two I would stay on board longer.
I would highly recommend the Chocolate!
