I placed an order in November with a shipping date of December 4th. Never received the order so I reached out to seller. The response was quick and she did credit my account for the late shipping. Then I finally received my box and it was the wrong size and product ( I did fill out the portion of what I was looking for). I have contacted seller twice with no response.
Placed an order on March 13th and never received my shipment. Email company three times with no response. Finally contacted Cratejoy for help and Cratejoy also tried to contact company; again with no response. Its a shame that you find a company who supports a charities and this is what happens.
