Great for working on your mental health

I’ve received two boxes so far and agree with previous reviewers that the workbook is the best. Very well-written and thought out. Uses CBT methods and not just affirmations. The curation of the self-care items is good as well - unique for the box or hand-picked. Dr. Sarah is approachable and the Facebook group is supportive. A keeper.
