I purchased this box at a specific time because of the extra webinar I was gonna receive at the time and a special deal on extended daily readings. After weeks of waiting to hear back from support I still did not receive what was supposedly gonna start arriving soon in my email box. Before the 30 days was up I canceled my subscription and have been tirelessly and highly unsucessfully trying to find out how to return this box and receive a refund. I was not as interested in the box as much as the additional bonuses that it became obvious I wasn't gonna receive. Trying to receive proper communication from customer service has been the most unpleasant experience ever. It is highly disappointing to find out that you have the flash and marketing on the outside but the integrity of your internal system once people have already sent you money, completely lacks.
