since my last review below I have still not received my subscription box or any further emails. I have reached out to them again and again with no response. It is now the 23rd of July. I ordered my first box on the 19th of May. I have now asked for a refund. let's see if i get that!!
I have now heard from the seller and they have been so apologetic and helpful. There was a lack of information forwarded to them from CrateJoy. I would suggest go directly to their website and order there. I know that after my prepaid months i will renew my subscription with them directly.
Fantastic customer service. I will rate my first box once i receive it. for now i'll give a good review.
Unfortunately i cannot review a box i still have not received. i've messaged the seller and no response so i am hoping by leaving a review i might now get one.
I prepaid 3 months on the 19th of May and today is the 8th of June. i have not had any correspondence from the seller apart from the deduction of funds from my account.
I would really appreciate an update please
