The box has been extremely late the last few times- like 6-8 weeks after the renew date. The first year of service we received the box about 2 weeks after the renew date every time. I don’t know what has happened or changed, but customer service has never replied to my inquiries for a tracking number or shipment update. I am so disappointed because my husband loves the box, but we are quite fed up with the lateness and never any indication of when we might be receiving the boxes. We will probably cancel after we receive the current box.
