Update, the owner has reached out to me as there was a mistake made in the shipping process. She is working on getting everything sent out to me and I will update further once I receive my order.
I ordered a three month subscription through their website and never received my order. I sent multiple emails asking for tracking information or a refund. It has been nearly two months and I have been very patient and understanding that there is a pandemic and several holidays, but there is just no excuse for taking someones money and not even being able to respond to an email.
