I have not received my order. I have contacted the seller and Cratejoy repeatedly for months with no response. I am very disappointed as I have ordered from Cratejoy before with wonderful results.
I ordered a 6 month subscription from Groovy Lab in a Box for my grandson's birthday in April '22. He received one box in May '22 and has not received another box since. I have followed all routes to contact them - several emails, texts and phone calls - and have not received one reply. I have ordered many crates/ boxes from other sellers for my grandchildren over the years and this is the first disappointment we have had. On top of the price of the subscription I also paid a huge amount for shipping to Canada so am out over $300 and my grandson has not had a birthday present!
