Horrible customer service never delivered item and took forever to refund me I do not reccomend!!! Edit: you guys failed to communicate what was going on after numerous attempts I would rather order from a company who doesn’t lie and actually does what they say they do when subscribing you failed what you stated on your website for shipping the first box then you guys never responded for days.... not even when crate joy contacted you they even said that you were un responsive and that is why they refunded me so don’t try to pin this on me that you were going to send me a free box I just want to make other customers aware of the buisness you run and btw I never recieved that “free” box you promised! Still horrible customer service!
I’m a plant lover and this box has definitely helped me into the wonderful world of plant ownership! They send beautiful plants every month with everything to plant them and they are always so cute! And they go out of their way to make sure your experience is the best! I highly reccomend this company and all their sub company’s (succulent box and garden box)
My first box was way better than I expected! After being let down by Fido box succulents monthly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! The succulent they sent was big, beautiful and healthy but the pot broke during shipping and they sent me another one right away they even responded very fast to their emails! I’m definitely staying subscribed for a few more months to get a beautiful collection! Thank you!
Ive been trying to get in contact with the seller for some time now regarding when my box will ship and they do not respond, no one seems to k ow what’s going on! I do not recommend this box it’s a waste of money and time!
I recieved my first month and for the price the plant and the pot are pretty cheap looking I could find something like this at the 99cent store not satisfied
