An Unhappy Customer
Once Upon a Book Club on Dec 2020
We ordered this as a one time shipment as a birthday gift for a friend of ours. Unfortunately, shipping was delayed several weeks due to a problem at the company so the gift arrived several weeks late. Furthermore, we were billed for additional months for which we did not order (nor did we receive shipment). We attempted to contact the company to rectify the situation but they were not willing to help at all. We will not be ordering from them again.
