I purchased this subscription for my son for Christmas. I was charged twice in December but only received one box. Customer Service assured me that the box shipments would catch up with the payment. My subscription auto renews but the boxes have not caught up. I have missed multiple shipments. I have politely reached out to let this company know that my boxes are not being delivered. Each time I get a reply with an apology and an adjusted payment date or assurance that the boxes will be delivered. I have asked to speak to someone in order to remedy the problem but promised phone calls never occur. I have asked to cancel this membership but my payment date just gets adjusted. In all, I am missing multiple boxes I have paid for. And I don't think there is anything I can do about it. I will have to cancel the payment through my bank. Very disappointed.
