After trying out the lifestyle box, I decided to subscribe. I'm so impressed with these boxes - the ceramics are full-sized dishes, not just tiny pottery for trinkets. I loved the chopsticks and chopstick rest - I've been wanting a chopstick rest to use for my paint brushes while doing watercolors. You get a nice variety of goods, and the insert gives you lots of information on what each item is and why it's relevant to Japanese culture. It even specifies which dishes are machine-washable.
I ordered a Saturated in Ink grab box as a way to try out this box as a one-shot. I was so happy with my goodies! I got a little spiral notebook, two rolls of washi tape, a two-pen fountain pen set with inks, a third fountain pen, and a Micron ink pen. The items are presented prettily in a little box and are an excellent deal. If you just want to get a taste, you absolutely cannot go wrong with the grab box.
I've been an ArtSnacker for over 3 years. Yeah, it's that good! The biggest draw for me is the ArtSnacks Challenge - use all the supplies in the box together in one art piece. Every month, I get nudged out of my comfort zone with supplies/colors/combinations I never would have thought of, and I get the added bonus of sharing my creations with the creative, welcoming ArtSnacks community online. The ArtSnacks Shop for past boxes/supplies is also top-notch, and the customer service is amazing. Do not hesitate to give this one a try!
