I ignored the bad reviews and decided to subscribe anyway. I received my first 6 options from Rachel the curator and responded but never received communication from there. I reached out an additional 3 times and still nothing. When I cancelled my subscription, I received an email from the co-founder Chris and expressed my concerns. I mentioned I would love to resubscribe if I could just get a response. He mentioned she'd get back to me by the end of the day. I received an email the following day expecting to proceed with my original email thread and request but received the following instead:
"I wanted to personally checkin and ensure you're happy with the service you received from Art Crate. We had a blast curating art for your home [I never received a single print]. Our business lives and dies with our client satisfaction. Is there anything else we can do to ensure you had a good experience with Art Crate?
