Love but dont want to pay twice for one

Omg! I loved October box of the month! Absolutely amazing. I subscribed on September 3. I never got my box that I paid $42 and some change. Octobers box was my first box I got, which I also paid $42 and some change. I still waiting on my September box. I want my other box please and on that note. I really like the stoney babe box and what it inspires and supports. I dont want to have to end my subscription because of one box. Thanks
