I was charged for a box that never shipped and am not getting a response from the company.
I ordered 2 subscriptions on the same day, September 12, for them to ship on the 5th of October. Only one has arrived, and the other never shipped. I was charged for both.
I ordered these subscriptions as gifts for my bridesmaids, and my plan was to give them the first one in person at the wedding on the 17th and then change the shipping address to their house for subsequent renewals. They were supposed to arrive at least a week before the wedding. Six days before my wedding, only receiving one, I reached out on the companies website. It has been 18 days since I have reached out twice on their website, once on Facebook and once on Instagram and I have never gotten a response.
So My maid of honor didn’t get her gift.
The items were nice and I wish that it worked out because I don't like any of the other subscription services for this kind of stuff.
Now, I hope that I can at least get a refund at some point. Ill wait a little bit more before I cancel the subscriptions and try to find another gift.
