Below is my email to Bombay&Cedar directly:
My order was for my daughter's birthday that has come and gone without her Bombay & Cedar gift box.
This was ordered on 9/17 and was sent to be shipping by 9/19 on your site; my account says it is still in the "preparing to ship" phase. I've emailed both CrateJoy and Bombay with no response thus far.
By frustration, reading your reviews, I see a reference to your email to inquire that was different than my inquire from the site. So I am attempting to get a response by emailing here.
Frankly, I need to know if I need to cancel and get my daughter a gift that will actually arrive. You people have no phone number to call????
