I have been trying to get into contact with Stickii since November 13th in regards to a package that I received that got damaged in transit. The customer service reps have REFUSED to look at any emails I send with attachments or links of the damaged envelope I received.
I have given Stickii ample time to answer my basic inquiry: "am I missing anything from my order?" and I have repeatedly had re-sent emails with attachments at their request.
I wanted to like this service, but I don't know if I can trust their shipping, as all of my envelopes have come wholly or partially open in the three months I have subscribed.
Before you think about giving money to this company, please consider the fact I have sent them the same information four separate times, and they have now stopped responding entirely.
