I am obsessed with this box and this company. I have a subscription to a couple of boxes and I had to cancel with most of them. They all offer the same, barely changing, boxes. Not this one. Each box is a different project so you're not just making the same stuff, but trying your hand at all the things. I've been a customer for over a year. They send you everything you need. EVERYTHING. I have a metal stamping kit and engraving tools. On to the company. I have never had an issue with a past box until this last time. All I had to do was email the company about a missing part and the very next day I received an email saying it's in the mail. How's that for customer service?
