I contacted customer service because I was charged for a renewal subscription without ever receiving my first box. I was then given a random tracking number that was not specific to any shipping company so there was no way for me to track the box. For the second box, I received an email with a valid tracking number long before the box arrived. Due to the fact that the box fits in my locked mailbox, I don’t believe my first box was ever actually shipped. So I paid for two boxes but received only one box with five small items. Not worth the money.
