I placed two orders for Jackie's Chocolate. Both were charged incorrectly. One was duplicated and the other was placed three times, rather than just the two single orders. I've tried multiple times to work this out with the company. They say they'll get back to me, but this hasn't happened. I have received emails saying the orders have been canceled but I have yet to receive any refunds. I have no idea about the quality of the chocolates, but their business office is the pits.
