We purchased a chocolates subscription to thank a doctor who had helped my husband through a challenging situation. The first box arrived in early December, without the thank you note we had dictated, so he had no idea that it came from us! (When I called to complain, I was told that it may have gone to his spam folder via email, rather than a note being enclosed with the gift itself.)
We just heard from that individual again, telling us that he has not received any further shipments of the chocolates that we ordered… Our understanding was that they should have been monthly deliveries. Sincerely hoping that someone from Jacques chocolates will read this and reach out to us to find A satisfactory resolution!!!
