I've sent several emails through customer service with pictures. First I tried the CS address on the page with no reply. Then I received the email with notice that my subscription was not renewed, thank God. It took asking a question through the website to get a reply about the faulty pipe they sent. An employee named Marjorie replied to me asking if I used a different email address or sent it to a different email. I have no idea where the website sends their emails. I sent everything to the address listed on the contact page. Shipping was fine. The box came on the 6th of February. I questioned if the glycerin filled pipe was leaking in transit but took the excess air to be a simple product variation as I did not notice anything wet in the packaging. However, when I used the pipe the first time, I could feel the wax get soft and start sinking into the hole where they filled the pipe with glycerin. By the next morning I had glycerin leaking slowly out of the pipe. It is unusable now. The products were cute but hardly worth the money, especially without the pipe being used now.
