I cancelled this box because it wasn't the "one" for me. Customer service was great with communicating & refunding me the pre-paid money spent.
The pillow and case was cute & if we were the social media family, the photo props would have been awesome and I would have kept my subscription.
I love getting a surprise every month, especially since I am unable to travel due to the panini. I wish, however, that there were more things inside the box. A few items are small & more like a sample.
I subscribed just to see what this box was all about. I'm not big into high quality self care because I just don't like to spend a lot of money. I really wasn't sure what a few of the items were & some of the items I just didn't need/want. That's on me, not the box's fault, so I've learned my lesson.
Anyway, I was charged for another month and after a few messages to the customer service, because I am persistent, I was refunded.
Great box for someone else, just not for me.
