Ur subscription to getting ripped off

I oredered this box in the beginning of april so rhat it would be there in timw for my baes bday the beginning of may, still has yet to arrive . Ive emauled them multiple times about it but all they can email me back is too say that my subscription will be renewing soon . What a fkn joke, im bow renewing and paying for another month of nothing. Sucks i was super excited n got played.
