Ordered box in April. In Aug I still never received the box or update. Had to contact support who couldn’t get a response from them either. Thankfully, I got a refund from Cratejoy. Very disappointed I never received this box. I was really excited to show it on my YouTube channel. I will be telling everyone about my horrible experience instead.
