post office ruining experience

I love my box...unfortunately the postal system is ruining it for me. I have not received August box and already charged for September. This isn't the first time either. The tracking stating it was accepted by post office in New Mexico...almost a month ago. I really do love the boxes, but need to cancel my subscription.
