I had to cancel my subscription because I was charged twice over a period of 2 months and never received one single Box. luckily cratejoy was wonderful in trying to help me contact the seller and they could not get a response from them either so my money was refunded. Cratejoy itself was wonderful in helping me but the seller was absolutely horrible will be going somewhere else to find my daughter a Box to get every month
