High hopes, didn't deliver. Literally!

Ordered in November, hoping to have one box as a Xmas gift for my brother-in-law. Received notification box shipped - great! More than a month later, no box. Contacted them asking for a shipping/tracking number. They replied they would ship out "another box". Replied that I only requested the tracking number for that first shipment (and second since during this time the second box already "shipped out"). They replied once again that the replacement box had been requested. This leads me to believe no box was shipped to begin with! Will probably have to submit a claim with my credit card company.
