I just received my 2nd plant. I can't believe it is dead and falling apart. The concept of this is great but you have to think about the packaging, etc. Poor plant

I gave this a one star not because of the quality of items but the wait time is ridiculous . I cannot believe they are so bad at something so beautiful. Kids love this product but they can't enjoy something that takes almost two months to receive. I'm afraid to order again due to their process. I'm finding this is a norm with crate joy vendors. Maybe something they need to address.
