Missed communications
The Paper Crate on May 2022
I just received my first box from The Paper Crate. The concept is fun, the instructions are very clear and I think I'm going to enjoy my experience.
I'd like to suggest you find a way to enhance your customer service. I paid April 1st, received one short message April 28th about receiving an April box (I sent 3 requests) and here it is May 25th. I really thought you were a scam. I cancelled my subscription and looked elsewhere.
If someone would have just communicated with me, things could've worked out.

This Winter box was perfect for me! After a hard few years, I was looking for a nurturing set of products. Everything is chosen with care. I've felt pampered with the bath products and inspired by the sayings. The sprinkled candies are so fun. All the scents work for me, a scent-sensitive person. Thank you Hope Box! I'm excited to receive my next one.
