Did seller abandon managing suscriptions

Ordered box 46 days ago as a gift and no updates have been provided, nor any signs of the box. Shipping policies read that orders towards end of the quarter ships within 3-5 business days or 3 weeks within successful renewal. I am in week 7 and there are no notifications besides money collection.
SCAM. Requesting escalation and refund immediately and will not use Cratejoy again either.
