Horrible experience

This service is absolutely horrible. I bought this for my wife for her anniversary, and am extremely disappointed with it.
We have had 2 or 3 deliveries so far - and each time my wife has to email and pester to find out where it is at. After the 2nd or 3rd email it is finally shipped.
As for the quality of the products - extremely poor. I bought this one because it was supposed to be handcrafted stuff by women, etc - a great story.
The last shipment we got - the item still had a “made in China” sticker on it.
