A month ago, I had a problem with a shipment and they fixed it within a week. However, I purchased a mystery box for women along with my 6 month subscription. I did receive my February box, (which was wonderful) but didn't receive the mystery box. I tried calling, emailing, texting, and the live chat many times, I haven't been able to contact anyone. I received an email saying that they were taking a spring break. I will try again in another week. I'm sure they will take care of it when they are available again
