Let down

I wanted to love this subscription but I feel let down. Shipping takes way longer than necessary. I emailed about the e book that’s advertised and they responded after a few days that I have to email them to get the ebook. I’m thinking ok here is my email. Did not hear back for over a week so I emailed again and no response. I am guessing my book for this month should have shipped but we’re 11 days in and I haven’t seen the shipment.
