I ordered a box for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. When it didn’t arrive, I TRIED to contact VNYL. I called and left messages and emailed, but I couldn’t get a response. I finally commented on an Instagram ad and received a response. After using Instagram messaging, I was told repeatedly that the issue was “being taken care of.” Nothing was happening! The customer service was incredibly rude. Please look at reviews for this business through the Better Business Bureau website. They have stolen money from many people and have also had two investigations opened against them in 2020, (before the coronavirus closed everything.) Don’t waste your time or money! I have never been treated so badly by a company.
